Outstanding product. very straightforward installation. Once installed, download the app and make adjustments or accept the defaults. It worked like a charm on my GSXR750. Highly recommend.

I ordered the QS for my 2016 CBR1000RR and it came surprisingly fast. Was at my door in less than a week. Upon install I realized that my foot rests and shift rod were not stock, and I ordered the wrong size to accommodate the install. I realized this at about 10:30 at night and quickly sent an email in to explain my mistake. I was contacted back within minutes by one of there guys Paul. I can honestly say that I have never had better customer service in my life with anything. Paul was quick to trouble shoot the problem for me and got the correct size shift rod sent out to me the very next morning FREE OF CHARGE. For 1, the Annitori QS is by far the better option if your on a budget. For 2, again their customer service is unmatched. Even tho I had the wrong size shift rod and it was to low, I still test rode the bike. It is smooth as butter!! 10/10 recommend these guys, and will be using there QS for all my bikes to come. Stop procrastinating and get this QS, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

So far I love this shifter, I've been riding for over 40 years and this is one of the best upgrades I've ever made. Getting the shifting rod set right was a bit of a trial but everything else went smooth!
