2004 - 2007 with stock footrests uses 115mm shift rod
"most" 2008 + with stock footrests uses 165mm shift rod (see * below before ordering!)
* (ALL owners of 2008 and NEWER CBR's with stock footrests are advised to measure your shift rod before purchasing as Honda appears to have two different rods being used within the model years. The stock shift rod is female/female, so measure between the lock nuts. If you have an approx. 200mm long OEM setup (approx. 8"), you need the 150mm shift rod. If you have an approx. 215mm OEM setup (approx. 8.5") you need the 165mm shift rod. For all stock 2008+ footrests it is only one of these two possible lengths, we are sorry for the extra step of confirming which setup your bike has, but Honda seems to have been using BOTH lengths across many different model years!)
(All non-OEM setups please use our online guide to measure your shift rod, subtract 50mm for QS PRO sensor and purchase needed length(s).
