The customer service is 5 star. Communication is incredible. There is alot of companies where they are difficult to reach or not helpful at all but not this company, to me customer service is key through any purchase/transaction highly recommended. Was having trouble with my installation and they kindly walked me through the process step by step till my issue was resolved. Thanks again for the buisness..

I have 2 , one i have had for over 5 years and still works perfect on our Honda. The new one for a Kawa is even bether. Very easy set up. And if you need some help from this guys ? No problem, their level of service is very very good.

Fantastic customer service and outstanding product.

This is the second quickshifter that I’ve bought from Annatori. The first I bought 6months ago used so I didn’t get a chance to directly interact with annitori during the transaction. I was however very impressed with the product. Both form and function.

When it came time for me to buy a quickshifter for my Ninja 300 I decided to purchase a second one from Annitori. I spend a lot of time shopping around and comparing different ones, but I repeatedly found that the product annatori offers is one of the most affordable, and also has the most user friendly features.

After placing my order, I was contacted by Paul who asked me to give him a call concerning my order. I did, and he picked up immediately. I was never placed on hold. Turns out that the shift rod I ordered was abnormally long for that particular bike in stock figuration, so he want to speak with me and confirm that the one I had requested was in fact the best fit. I was very impressed that not only did he reach out to me to confirm my order, but he requested that I give him a call to talk it over and have it resolved immediately.

Also, Paul emailed me after the shifter has shipped to send me detailed instructions for install, complete with various pictures of different configurations! Product arrived in 3 days or less. I was again very impressed with the quality of product. Install went without a hitch.

Then to top it off, Paul emailed me again to check to see if I had any questions and make sure the install went smoothly. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TLDR: Freaking great product and outstanding customer service. Paul is the man!!!
